I am a spiritual person but not religious. I spent over 20 years in churches, they are not for me. I'm am a tolerant person, I do not judge, everyone has a right to their beliefs, religion, orientation, etc, but please do not befriend me just to try to 'save' me. Leave me comments but please do not leave me 'messages' of your beliefs, Thank You. All I ask is to be respected.
I believe in a creator, I believe in the spiritual world, I believe in the metaphysical http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/metaphysical and I believe in psychic abilities.
I can sense and feel spirits around me and in places that I have visited. For example, my husband and I bartended a friends wedding one weekend at a very old mansion. When we were in the house I could feel the presence of happy peaceful spirits. It was the women of the home I am sure. And during the wedding ceremony, I could sense them all watching the wedding with smiles on their faces.
I have also been in places where the hair on the back of my neck stood up because of the unrest in the spirits around me.
I used Chakra Meditation and Balancing (http://www.heavenlyideas.com/color-therapy/chakras.html) to help my body and spirit heal after my auto accident 4 years ago. I still practice meditation and balancing.
Chakra's are the energy centers of our bodies. We are all made up of energy, science has proven that fact. And at times because of negative circumstances or negative attitudes we have our Chakra's can become unbalanced and clogged. It is amazing the feeling you get when you use chakra meditation and music and balance them.
I desire to learn more and perhaps someday be the energy healer that I've been told I am.
I am mom/step mom to 7 kids, only one left in the nest, the youngest who is 18 and in high school.
We have 4 awesome grand kids, William and Naoma, Destiny and Deja.

I love houseplants and have about 14 at the moment. I've had up to 30 at one time before!
We have a dog Midnight, and 2 cats Sylvester and Honey Girl.
My husband and I love playing Texas Hold 'Em and often have tournaments with our kids.
We like to go to flea markets and when we travel we love visiting zoo's and aquariums.

Hmmm, well am a survivor of a verbally/abusive marriage and now am with a really awesome guy!
Since a near fatal car accident in 2003 I struggle with permanent injuries to my right ankle and that is a challange at times.That is why I work from home.
